Making my own brewing video

I’m considering making my own brewing video. Not anything terribly educating or in depth, just for fun. I have a nice Canon Mini-DV camera, but for this I would probably just use my digital camera. It saves in MPEG format and I could easily upload it to the conmputer for editing. Windows XP comes with a decent little program called Movie Maker. I would edit it and put in titles with that, then upload it to YouTube.

About two weeks ago I was making a pale ale and I tried to record some of what I was doing, but I missed a few steps. If I’m going to do this, I have to give it some thought and do up a list of what steps I want to record. I already have a background song picked out, by the way.

About Mike

I'm the head brewmaster at Shepody Brewery. I'm the one who chooses the recipes, orders supplies, does all the grunt work, and drinks most of the product.
