Update on the mild ale

Well, it looks like the Beano thing may actually be working. My “KMS Dark Mild” recipe stopped fermenting at an SG of only 1.018, leaving me with about 50% attenuation. I’m happy to report that the SG is now down to 1.015, so something is happening!!
