12 oz / 340 g 55L crystal malt
12 oz / 340 g chocolate malt
4 oz / 113 g flaked barley
4 oz 113 g roasted barley

1.5 oz / 42 g Fuggles @ 4% aa – 60 mins

1 tsp Irish moss

Wyeast 1028 London Ale or Wyeast 1098 British Ale

Mash @ 150 F for 90 mins

OG = 1.048
FG = 1.014
ABV = 4.2%
IBU = 21
SRM = 98
