1/2 lb / 230 g dextrin malt
1/2 lb / 230 g 10L crystal malt

2 oz / 56 g Halltertau Herbrucker @ 3% aa – 60 mins
1/4 oz / 7 g Halltertau Herbrucker @ 3% aa – 15 mins

1 tsp Irish moss

Wyeast 2007 Pilsen Lager or Wyeast 2305 American Lager

Mash @ 150 F for 90 mins

OG = 1.052
FG = 1.014
ABV = 5%
IBU = 18
SRM = 3
