Rogue Dead Guy Ale #2

So I’ve done a fair bit of research on this beer, and this here recipe seems to be the closest to what Rogue has on their website., at least as far as malt is concerned. This one has a slightly lower IBU (31 vs 40) but I think the grain bill is fairly close. I may up the hopping levels a bit when I make it.

5 US gallons / 19 litres

8.0 lb / 3.6 kg domestic 2-row pale malt
2.0 lb / 0.9 kg Munich malt
1.0 lb / 0.45 kg 15L crystal malt
1.0 oz / 28 g Perle @ 8% aa – 90 mins
0.5 oz / 14 g Saaz @ 4.3% aa – 10 mins

1 tsp Irish moss – 15 mins

Wyeast 1764 Pacman, or Wyeast 1056 American Ale, or Safale US-05

Mash @ 150F – 90 mins

OG: 1.060
FG: 1.015
ABV: 5.8%
IBU: 31
SRM: 7
