Rogue DGA

There are many different versions of this great beer. Here is one version, that I made back in 2006. I will post more.

5 US gallons / 19 litres

10.25 lbs / 4.7 kg pilsner malt
0.75 lb / 340 g carapils
0.81 lb / 370 g caramunich
0.81 lb / 370 g Munich malt
0.44 lb / 200 g crystal 40L

1 oz / 28 g Cluster @ 6.7% aa – 60 mins
0.25 oz / 7 g Cluster @ 6.7% aa – 15 mins
0.25 oz / 7 g Saaz @ 4.3% aa – 15 mins

1 tsp Irish moss

Wyeast 1764 Pacman, or Wyeast 1056 American Ale, or Safale US-05

Mash @ 152F – 90 mins

OG: 1.063
FG: 1.015
ABV: 6.3%
IBU: 40
SRM: 16
