Uncle Mike’s Mild Ale

– 6 lbs Maris Otter
– 1 lb 60L crystal malt
– 0.5 lb biscuit malt
– 1 oz chocolate malt

1 oz EKG @ 5.7% aa – 60 mins
1/2 oz EKG @ 5.7% aa – 10 mins
1 Whirlfloc tab – 10 mins

Nottingham ale yeast

This seems to have become one of the standard house recipes at Shepody Brewery. Delicious!
