So it looks like we’re making beer this Thursday, right before the long weekend.

10 pounds 2 row domestic
500 g 15L crystal malt
500 g victory malt
30 EKG – 60 mins
15 g EKG – 10 mins
15 g EKG – 1 min

1 tsp Irish moss – 10 mins

Windsor ale yeast

Mash for 60 mins at 152F
