I kegged the wheat beer this weekend, the one from Festabrew that I made with Safale T-58 yeast. It still has that T-58 taste that I don’t care for too much. I don’t think I’ll ever use that one again. Dunno what to do withat extra pack I have in the fridge.
I also pitched the liquid wine yeast into that really nice Spanish Monastrell/Cabernet wine kit that I bought. It started out with an OG of 1.114 – I’ve never had a wine kit a gravity reading that high.
The Festabrew brown ale that I dry hopped is coming along OK. It definitely has more character now. I’ll probably leave the hops in there for now.
