Great resources regarding sparging

For the record, we use batch sparging at Shepody Brewery. Our efficiency is somewhat on the low side. The last few batches have been around 60% or so. The Mike’s Mila Ale should have come out at 1.038 but was only 1.034. I should be more careful in the future and make sure I increase the grain bill a bit more.
