Blonde Ale II

12 lbs 2-row domestic…
1 lb Crystal 15L
1.5 oz Willamette (60 min)
0.5 oz Willamette (10 min)
1 tsp Irish moss (10 min)
Lallemand West Coast Ale Yeast (BRY-97)

I mashed at 152 for 60 minutes, and did a batch sparge. OG was 1.054. The beer shoudl be around 27 IBU, 6.2% ABV, and 8 SRM. This is a bit a bit above the style guidelines, but fuck it… that’s how I like it.
