Alcohol: 3.6% ABV

Mash @ 152F/67C

8 lbs Maris Otter
0.5 lbs (227 g) Crystal 120L
0.25 lbs (113 g) Special Roast
1.2 oz (34 g) EKG 5% AA – 60 min
0.5 oz (14 g) EKG 5% AA – 30 min
0.5 oz (14 g) EKG 5% AA – 1 min
Windsor Yeast (or Nottingham, your choice)

My LHBS does not have Special Roast (which is a Briess product) but brown malt is pretty damn close.
